ABOUT US

Eric's career spans 25 years in marketing, communications, digital strategy, eCommerce & brand management. Prior to establishing MapForward Digital, Eric worked for global industry leaders The Timken Company, Akzo Nobel, PPG Industries & Swagelok Company. He co-founded the non-profit Lancaster Young Professionals & held volunteer leadership positions for many community & civic organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America, the Highland Foundation, the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival & Main Street Medina Association. He also frequently mentors for SCORE, the small business non-profit and is part of the Pecchia Communications team. Eric is an Eagle Scout.

He earned degrees at Ithaca College (BS-Communications) and Penn State University (MBA). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, rooting for Boston's professional sports teams as well as running & playing tennis.

Larry's creative career started 25 years ago with an emphasis in marketing, advertising & brand building. Prior to co-founding MapForward Digital, Larry worked for Fortune 500 companies; Signet Jewelers (Kay, Jared, JBR) & The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company where he started the company's only creative team. He has supported clients across the country with art direction, graphic design, publication design and digital design. Some of his creative awards include: Addy Award Silver Medal, International Automotive Media Conference Bronze Award, ASBPE (American Society of Business Publication Editors) Silver & PIANO (Print Industries Association of Northeastern Ohio) Gold Award.

He earned his degree at Kent State University (BA-Visual Communication Design) and wrestled for KSU. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, snowboarding trips and tackling a home remodeling project. He coached youth wrestling & football for ten years and held leadership roles in Indian Guides with his boys.
